About

The Industrial Broker Who Knows the Asset From the Inside Out

Before I ever walked into a brokerage, I was on the job site — managing heavy civil construction projects, coordinating logistics, overseeing acquisitions, and running crews in conditions that demanded precision and accountability. That hands-on foundation doesn't just inform my work. It defines it.

Since launching my brokerage career in 2021, I've closed over 300 industrial transactions and advised on more than $250 million in sales volume — consistently ranking as a top producer across every market I've operated in. My move from Louisiana to Dallas–Fort Worth reflects both my adaptability and the depth of my conviction in the DFW industrial market.

Today, I work with industrial owners, investors, and developers across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — one of the most active industrial markets in the country — delivering advisory that goes beyond the transaction to shape long-term asset strategy.

Services

What I Do

01

Investment Sales

Disposition and acquisition advisory for industrial assets — from single-tenant net-lease properties to multi-building portfolios. I bring capital markets fluency, deep buyer/seller relationships, and the market intelligence to execute at the highest level.

02

Owner Representation

Leasing, renewal, and disposition strategy for industrial property owners. I act as a true partner — not just a listing agent — managing the full lifecycle of an asset with a focus on long-term value creation and occupancy optimization.

03

New Development

Site selection, land advisory, and build-to-suit consulting for developers and owner-users. My background in civil construction gives me an operational perspective that most brokers simply don't have — translating complex project requirements into actionable real estate strategy.

How I Work

The Approach

I

Market Intelligence First

Every engagement starts with data — vacancy trends, absorption rates, cap rate movement, and competitive supply pipelines. DFW's industrial market moves fast, and positioning is everything.

II

Construction-Informed Analysis

Clear heights, dock configurations, power capacity, site coverage, and construction quality — I evaluate industrial assets with the eye of someone who has built them. No guesswork, no surprises.

III

Relationships That Move Deals

300+ closed transactions means 300+ relationships with owners, tenants, investors, lenders, and developers. That network is your advantage — off-market access, qualified buyers, and deal flow that never hits the open market.

IV

Direct. Accountable. Done.

I am your broker — not a team, not an assistant. You get my direct attention, my direct line, and my direct accountability from the first call to the closing table.

"The best industrial brokers aren't just advisors — they're operators who understand the asset from the ground up."
